  • hello xanga!

    i almost completely forgot about xanga until i came across it on mark's facebook page. so what's new?

    * we've been married a little over 2 years.
    * we bought a house and a new car.
    * i still teach high school art.

    that's it. xanga wasn't really that great anyway.... however, i read some of my old posts...and i miss those times.

  • christmas in outerspace

    home was wonderful. i miss the feeling of having my friends and family always around.

    i'm not used to being a grown up.

    window seats are the best! flying at night is like christmas in outerspace.  seriously, i almost cried.  it was amazing.

    i need to paint but there's no time.

    arkadoo is calling this weekend and i can't wait.

    thursday i get to "skip" work to go talk to other art teachers in the area. and the office comes on!

    i just finished a really cool book called museum of the missing.  its about art theft.  it makes me want to be an art investigator.

    my pear candle smells like a pear candle should.

    chili is cooking on the stove.. and we get to eat it tomorrow night!

    days without office referrals are a dream come true.

    i'm addicted to online shopping.

    and waking up at 5 am everyday really sucks.

  • thursday is the best day

    barnes & noble is my friend.

    i knew i couldn't have two good days in a row... that just never happens.

    kneaded erasers are the best! besides being the coolest eraser ever, it doubles as a stress ball!

    pizza! that's what's for dinner. mmmmm.

    yay for clean sheets, the office, riding the bus with high schoolers tomorrow night, and for hubby feeling a bit better.

    i could sleep for days....really 12 hours or so.

  • there's something about the cool, rainy fall weather that makes me miss home.

    days without detentions or office referrals are the best.

    i wish i could do another art show.

    i'm still waiting to see my wedding pictures..

    red is my tonail polish color of choice.

    the office comes on tomorrow and i can't wait!

    i always eat too much... and my stomach hurts.

    my hubby is sick. :( make him better.
